Responsible Gambling Promotion 2014
1. The ’24 Hours Hotline and Online Gambling Counselling Services’ was in full operation. The services were set up by Sheng Kung Hui Macau Social Services Coordination Office as commissioned by the Social Welfare Bureau.
2. The Social Welfare Bureau developed and launched ‘Responsible Gambling Mobile Application (RG App)’.
3. Electronic application for ‘self-exclusion’ and ‘counselling service for families with gambling problems’ on ‘Responsible Gambling Kiosk 2.0’ was available.
4. The Social Welfare Bureau, the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau, the University of Macau, and Macao Polytechnic University (it was formerly known as Macao Polytechnic Institute) jointly organised ‘Professional Certificate in Gambling Counselling (Macau)’ and ‘Certificate in Macau Responsible Gambling Advisor’ for the first time.
