The FBA-ISCG is providing interviewer trainee position, the details is as follows:

1 Job Description

  • To conduct questionnaire surveys with travelers at major ports of departure in Macau.（The location is arranged by ISCG）
  • Conduct interviews using the IPAD provided by the ISCG, ensuring that the recording function is enabled during the interviews.
  • Interview languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, English.
  • Interview time is less exceed twenty minutes.

2 Subsidy

  • Each successfully completed sample(including conducting the interview, entering data, and submitting recordings, etc.) will be rewarded with a subsidy of MOP 85 (including allowances for transportation and cellular data).
  • Briefing subsidy: MOP 85 per hour
  • The interviewer is required to attend the briefing session.
  • According to the guidelines of the University of Macau, each student’s maximum weekly working hours are fifteen hours. If the student is already employed in other departments within the University of Macau, they are responsible for coordinating their work schedule with each department.

3 Working Schedule

  • The interviewer is required to submit their availability of next month to ISCG staff. Once the time and location of the interviews are confirmed, the interviewer can proceed to conduct the interviews.
  • This study is a long-term project, so please coordinate the with the ISCG staff.

4 Working hours

  • Generally, the interviewing time is between 9A.M. to 8P.M.
  • In case of crowd control, some locations working hours end at 5P.M.

6 Requirement

  • Current active UM Student
  • Able to work independent.

7 Working Location

  • Major ports of departure in Macau. Including Border Gate, Qingmao Port, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Frontier Port、HengQin port、Outer Harbor Ferry Terminal、Taipa Ferry Terminal and Macau international airport (Interviewer should follow assigned location and time.）

  • If the applicant cannot personally submit the required documents, the ISCG will consider it as an unsuccessful registration.。
