Responsible Gambling Promotion 2013
1. More functions were available on Responsible Gambling Kiosk (Phase Two): a 24 hours gambling counselling hotline and self-exclusion service were introduced.
2. ‘Macao Gaming Industry Employees Home’ was established. It is an association which provides people working in the gaming industry with counselling services and organises activities for their physical and mental development.
3. According to the new smoking law, starting from 1 January, areas where smoking was not allowed were extended to all casinos. The new law required that at least 50% of the area of a casino must be non-smoking area.
